Inclusyon is the search and selection company specializing in recruiting qualified personnel belonging to protected categories.

Context:

For an important multinational company leader in the production of electrical appliances, electrical materials and electronic components, Inclusyon is looking for a Customer Care Specialist - protected categories Law 68/99.

The role:

• You will answer telephone calls and process requests received by e-mail.

• You will inform / guide customers according to their request (request for intervention, contract follow-up, repair request, follow-up of files in progress, technical information, etc.).

• You will ensure after-sales service follow-up in microscopy and industry.

• You will process the interventions and validate the invoices of the stakeholders according to the quotes established.

• You will help building commercial offers and ensure follow-up in relation with the Commercial.

Requisiti richiesti

Primary Requirements:

• Previous experience in the role.

• Good knowledge of Franch.

• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and good communication skills.

• Customer and solution oriented mindset.
